God has many glorious attributes and with His saints and angels there's extreme happiness. It's so because they strive for His perfection of happiness. The happiness that comes from God is like a flame of fire which enlightens all life. This ideal is found in the glorious perfection of the Holy Spirit. It's a gift symbolic of transcendent glory. God's image to us is beyond all created wisdom being the Creator and Father of Lights. He's the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

In our daily life, God's attributes are captured by Benjamin Franklin (1706 – 1790) who was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, a renowned polymath, statesman, and diplomat when he said, “A house is not a home unless it contains food and fire for the mind as well as the body.” It's the Holy Spirit that provides such fire and extraordinary food to all believers.

Perfect Bliss

With God there's undoubtedly perfect bliss. Christians can expect perfect rest after they transcend this earthly domain. We'll continue to praise Him without ceasing, because that's what's expected. We'll hunger and thirst no more, for we'll be the recipient of His perfect gift. Believers will walk in the spirit and be fearless. Where there's joy and happiness it's just the nature of an exceptional spiritual life. Christians will demonstrate a willing spirit in what they do. To them there's a new spirit of peace of a spiritual blessing handed down from above.

We as believers will be known for having a steadfast spirit that's true and sound. Our spiritual experiences will deepen as we continue our daily walk. We'll be spirit-filled evangelists. It was American mythologist, writer and lecturer in comparative religions Joseph Campbell (1904 – 1987) who observed, “Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were walls.” Campbell has definitely captured the essence of an extraordinary spirit walk where nothing is impossible with God.

Sight of Excellency

God's wisdom is indescribable and known for His infinite grace. Believers that walk in His footsteps will demonstrate an apostolic spirit. It's a spirit of harmony revealed as a fire at Pentecost. Their will have a religious awakening that goes far beyond any earthly reality. They will be creating trails like those envisioned by Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 – 1882) an American essayist, lecturer, poet that led the Transcendentalist movement when he advised, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

God's Goodness and Mercy

Contemplating God is remarkable for we'll always find his goodness and mercy. This is eminent through his power that's boundless in mercy and love. He's the fountain of all goodness and tends the wounded before we're even able to recognize them. As Christians, it'll be good to witness about His character for this is a weapon that believers have when they confront unbelievers. His power of Resurrection was for all to see as we embrace the spirit of the Risen Christ.

Through your pastoral outreach show your love for other souls. Be industrious, for that's what God desires of us. With the anointment of the Holy Spirit, you'll be enlightened by faith and be walking in His ways. Your approach to Christianity will be a Christ-o-centric spirituality. According to the Word, followers will be obedient and are true disciples. It was Booker T. Washington (1856 – 1915) an African American educator, author, orator, and adviser to presidents of the United States who saw, “Character is power.” Inevitably, a faith-filled life will exemplify what's the best possible character an American Christian ought to have, because God's goodness and mercy will be on him in amazing ways.
